What offer will I receive for my property?
In return for a guaranteed, quick & efficient transaction you will be looking at receiving an offer up to a maximum of 90% of the open market value, this will vary depending upon the condition of the property and a number of other factors which will be discussed with you, when you receive your offer. The open market value is what you may receive if your property sold with in the first few weeks after putting it up for sale with an Estate Agent. You should however remember that there will be a number of deductions relating to the fees you will pay to Estate Agents and Solicitors. Plus your sale will not be guaranteed until you have exchanged contracts.

What are the requirements?
